Hardship Applications

To apply for a Hardship for the 2026/2027 year, please complete the application below no later than June 5th, 2026.

All Hardship applications will be sent to NYSED on June 8th, 2026. Emails will be sent upon approval/denial.

If approved, a hardship assignment will be due, along with your 2026 NYSED PDS Pre-session Assignment.

If a hardship was denied, a suspension assignment is offered (assignment and pre-session assignment will be due)
