Price of Course: $125.00
Are you responsible for the bus driver’s 19-A files, yet have received little to no training for this extremely important recordkeeping responsibility? Many who are responsible for maintaining these files are in the same predicament.
You may be asking yourself these questions (and others): What is Article 19-A? Why is all this paperwork required? What happens if a form is misplaced, lost, or a test was not complete in a timely manner? What am I supposed to be looking for on the paperwork? Who audits these files, how often and what are the possible outcomes of this audit? Who is ultimately responsible for these files? Why can’t these forms be completed electronically? Where might I find clean copies of the required paperwork (I am using a copy of a copy, which was from a coly)?
To become certified as a 19-A Examiner, a person must pass rigorous prerequisites, as well as attending a full 30+ hour course. To maintain the files, this 30+ hours of training simply would be overkill for the skills necessary for adequate recordkeeping.
This one-day seminar (5-hours or training), will allow you to walk away with a full understanding of why, how and most importantly what Article 19-A is and does.
If you are certified as a 19-A Examiner, this one-day workshop will be applicable to you as well. During the class you were more focused on passing the course and becoming certified than understanding “what’s in the file.” Many CEs have not had the opportunity to even see a 19-A file as someone else is responsible for recordkeeping.
