Are you responsible for the bus driver’s 19-A files, yet have received little to no training for this extremely important recordkeeping responsibility? Many who are responsible for maintaining these files are in the same predicament. This training course will provide in-depth review and explanation of 19-A paperwork and coaching to fully integrate documentation skills into the participants’ daily practice.
You may be asking yourself these questions (and others): What is Article 19-A? Why is all this paperwork required? What happens if a form is misplaced, lost, or a test was not complete in a timely manner? What am I supposed to be looking for on the paperwork? Who audits these files, how often and what are the possible outcomes of this audit? Who is ultimately responsible for these files? Why can’t these forms be completed electronically? Where might I find clean copies of the required paperwork (I am using a copy of a copy, from a photocopy)?
This one-day seminar (5-hours of training) teaches efficient methods of documenting Article 19-A records. This course is designed for anyone in the field of transportation who is tasked in some capacity with 19-A recordkeeping. You do not need to be a Certified Examiner to take this course.
