| 2026 ONLINE CE Refresher (19-A) Certified Examiners are REQUIRED to attend a New York State DMV-approved CE Refresher AT LEAST ONCE EVERY THREE YEARS to maintain certification. Since Refresher topics change annually, ATTENDING EACH YEAR enables CEs to keep up with changes in regulations and learn and share ideas and concerns. |

| ONLINE Recordkeeping Course This online training teaches efficient methods of documenting Article 19-A records. This course is designed for anyone in the field of transportation who is tasked in some capacity with 19-A recordkeeping. You do not need to be a Certified Examiner to take this course.
